1. Who we are
Defendric ("we", "us") provides security testing services and AI-powered security tools. This policy explains what information we collect through defendric.com and how we use it.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company, the service you're interested in and your message.
- Free security scanner: the website address you enter. Our server uses it to run the scan, and the result is cached for up to 10 minutes so repeat scans are fast. We don't keep a history of scans or link them to you.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider may log IP addresses and browser details to keep the site secure and working.
3. How we use it
We use your information to reply to your request, prepare quotes, deliver services you sign up for and keep our website secure. We don't sell your personal information.
4. Client engagement data
Information we access during a security engagement is covered by the written agreement for that engagement. We treat it as strictly confidential, use it only to deliver the service, and delete or return it as agreed.
5. Third-party services
- Cloudflare: website hosting, running the free scanner, public DNS lookups, and email routing.
- Cert Spotter (SSLMate) and crt.sh: public Certificate Transparency logs that the scanner reads for the domain you enter.
- Web3Forms: delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr: deliver fonts and code libraries used by the page.
6. Cookies
Our website doesn't set tracking or advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email contact@defendric.com.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
