1. Using this website

By using defendric.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Free security scanner

The free scanner performs passive checks only: it loads a site's homepage like a normal visitor and reads public files, DNS records and Certificate Transparency logs. It never attempts exploits or logins. Results are automated, informational and may be incomplete. They are not a security assessment or penetration test, so don't rely on them as proof that a site is secure. Please scan only sites you own or are responsible for, and don't use the scanner to overload or harass any website.

3. Authorized testing only

Defendric performs security testing only under a signed written agreement with the owner of the systems, or someone legally authorized to act for them. Testing scope, timing and rules of engagement are set out in that agreement.

4. No guarantee

Security testing and tools reduce risk but can't guarantee that a system is free of vulnerabilities or will never be breached.

5. Tools

Our tools and their features may change as we improve them.

6. Illustrations

Animations, terminal output, reports and statistics shown on this site are illustrative examples, not live data from real customers.

7. Intellectual property

The Defendric name, logo and site content belong to Defendric. Don't copy them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Defendric isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
